Naturopathic Physician
Dr Will Polec is a Naturopathic Physician (Bastyr University) who provides deeply individualized physical medicine care for clients suffering from chronic pain syndromes of the head, spine, digestion, heart, lungs, post surgical issues and adhesions, concussion recovery, and problems with gait, balance, or long standing injuries that have not fully healed.
With more than forty years of clinical experience, international training, and national teaching roles, he brings uncommon depth, mastery, and presence to his work.
Over the decades, Dr Polec’s approach has evolved into a uniquely gentle “from the inside out” philosophy that recognizes the interconnection of every tissue, organ, and system in the body. He combines careful listening, targeted natural therapies, and highly refined manual techniques to help patients understand what is happening in their bodies and to support their innate capacity to heal.
What sets Dr Polec apart is his extraordinary ability to read the body at a deep level. His hands have an intuitive intelligence, able to sense the subtle twists, tensions, and stories held in the tissues. Through advanced visceral manipulation and craniosacral therapy, he works skillfully to unwind patterns of restriction and trauma, often creating profound shifts that patients can feel immediately. His calm, attentive presence helps patients feel safe, supported, and genuinely understood as they move toward a life of less pain and greater vitality.
Dr Polec completed his undergraduate premedical studies at the University of Pennsylvania, followed by his doctoral training at Bastyr University. His postgraduate work is extensive and reflects lifelong dedication to excellence. He trained with leading figures in the field, including Jean Pierre Barral DO, Alain Gehin DO, John Upledger DO, and Dick McDonald DO, and the Osteopathic Cranial Academy. Because of his recognized expertise, he was invited to teach visceral manipulation for the Upledger Barral Institute and at Bastyr University (Past Adjunct Faculty).
Today, Dr Polec brings all of this experience together to offer a truly integrative, whole person approach. Patients consistently describe feeling more at ease, more hopeful, and more connected to their bodies after working with him.
He is, quite simply, a masterful clinician whose work blends skill, intuition, and a rare ability to truly listen, both to the patient and to the body itself.
