Naturopathic Physician
Dr. Erica Campbell is a Licensed Naturopathic Doctor with advanced expertise in environmental medicine, mold-related illness, clinical nutrition, gut health, women’s health, and complex chronic conditions. She is widely respected for her ability to identify and treat the root causes of illness, particularly those driven by environmental exposures, biotoxins, and immune dysregulation.
Guided by the principle Vis Medicatrix Naturae—“the healing power of nature”—Dr. Erica practices medicine that supports the body’s innate capacity to heal when obstacles are removed and systems are properly supported. Her approach is comprehensive and deeply individualized, addressing physical, biochemical, emotional, and environmental contributors to disease.
Dr. Erica completed her pre-medical education at the University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas, graduating with honors, and went on to earn her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, Arizona. She also completed advanced training in medical massage and craniosacral therapy, giving her a strong foundation in structural and nervous system regulation.
Following medical school, Dr. Erica pursued extensive postdoctoral training in environmental medicine under the mentorship of internationally recognized leaders in the field, including Dr. Walter Crinnion, a pioneer in environmental and toxicology-based medicine, and Dr. William Rea, founder of the Environmental Health Center in Dallas and a global authority on chemical sensitivity and environmental illness. Through this training, she developed deep expertise in mold illness, chemical and heavy metal toxicity, detoxification physiology, and immune system dysregulation. She is highly experienced in comprehensive heavy metal testing and in designing personalized detoxification protocols that support the body’s natural detox pathways while minimizing reactivity and symptom flares.
Her clinical work focuses on identifying hidden environmental stressors and restoring balance through targeted detoxification, nutritional repletion, gut and microbiome restoration, and nervous system support. She is particularly skilled in working with patients suffering from mold exposure, chronic fatigue, autoimmune and inflammatory conditions, hormonal imbalances, digestive disorders, and complex multisystem illness that has often gone undiagnosed or misunderstood.
In addition to her biomedical training, Dr. Erica has studied energy medicine, homeopathy, botanical medicine, and consciousness-based healing modalities. She integrates these tools thoughtfully, recognizing the powerful interplay between the physical body, the nervous system, and emotional and energetic health.
With over two decades of experience in health and wellness, Dr. Erica partners closely with her patients, offering both clinical precision and compassionate guidance. She empowers individuals to understand their bodies, participate actively in their healing, and build sustainable foundations for long-term health. Her clinical tools include nutritional and lifestyle counseling, botanical medicine, targeted supplementation, bioidentical hormone support, IV therapy, hydrotherapy, homeopathy, and energetic therapies.
A native Texan now rooted in Arizona, Dr. Erica feels deeply connected to nature and values a life grounded in growth, curiosity, and integrity. She brings warmth, clarity, and depth to her work, making complex health challenges understandable and healing feel possible.
